We went there twice during a weeklong stay in Cambridge. The only repeat visit we did.

Sadly we didn't try any of the dumplings. The highlight really is the cross-the-bridge soup, which is delicious even in the vegetarian version. Our other favorite is the hot pot with roasted corn and potatoes. Perfect in cold weather. We also had a cucumber salad, which was great one day and only so-so the other.

Service is good and there is free Wifi. The place is bright and cheery.

Who would have thought we would find an authentic Hunanese restaurant in Cambridge? The dumplings were perfect- get the charmingly named 'Dirty Dozen' and you'll find they are a perfect mix of meat and spices and herbs, that will disappear from the plate and melt in your mouth. What's more, the staff is lovely- very friendly and helpful, almost maternal in their approach.
Stop by here before you venture into town.

Good food, luke warm water, three out of four of us got our food...I was finished, other two half way done, and fourth person still didn't get their food. I had to ask the server about it...few minutes later food came out....no one came by for the entire meal, to refill waters or ask how we were...they were not busy at all....waited and waited and finally had to ask for the bill...food was tasty, but not really worth it. I had the fried lamb dumplings...opened one up, meat filling a little bigger than a marble...got a dozen for just under £10.....small dumplings...had salt/pepper wings...just fried wings,  nothing salt /pepper about them...not going back.

Lovely service, The prawn wonton noodle soup was absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend, along with mixing a small amount of soy sauce
